  2. Better? The Storage box has some new edges.. but it shoould be very sharp later with the textures it will be looking much softer and the polycount for the whole model is 5k so its ok
  3. thats NOT the original ra2 model this is it but ur right that i simply forgot the "laser sight" *shame* because the blue part.. im thnk that this is NO extra part.. just some extra color for the "teamcolors" its like the red barrels at the apocalypse tank. so just make the texture there with a fine kind of blue. btw: next time write me a pm its better for the overview in this thread

So heres another question.. i made my tank now. with ur tuts.. now im at the part to make the animtree. my problem is that some stuff is "changed" in the udk. so when im copying the med tank anims to my tank.. and add the turret rotate to my tank.. then the turret targets into the Y axis.. not the X axis like before. then i playd with the constrains. in ur video u checked pitch roll . when i do this in my udkeditor.. nothing happens. first when im check yaw and dischecked the other ones.. then my constraints work. another similar problem is the turret pitch. i set ur vaulues like in tut but nothing happens. first as i set values on the ROLL area.. the "gunbarrel" moves up and down. so whats the problem on my tank?

  6. range is relativ. we can make the gun with a range around the base. but that was just an idea. because im not a fan of tesla/prisma tower interior but yea i think too that the maps are very small. i thought to make later some "city" maps. f.e the map where the soviets attack america first but thats work for the future so lets think later about that. @meta give ts add

Ah this looks nice. ur right about that the buttom is very unclearly .. seeing here but urs looks very nice and smooth. *like* could u make the sentry gun too? and i dont want a tesla coil or prism tower as "walk in " buildings. there arent in ra2 .. so there arent in renx the grand cannon could be with interior. but then we need something similar for the soviets oh that sounds greeeeeeeat ;D. texture is the stuff which i hate the MOOOOOOOOST. because its hard and such .. do u have a ts where we can speak/write for some information ?
  8. dont think about that. the most "defensive" buildings will be like a turret. so autoshooting without interior

  12. hm shark. its not my intention to make feel bad. But the buildings do i want to make myself. it has something to do with my personal wishes for the mod. by the tank. me and handesplin worked together to test much. some texture stuff.. and udk stuff. and last day we made the grizzly tank into the game as a protoype. now i have to rework some of this stuff to make it much better. so dont be anger with me when i dont take ur help
  13. so dudes.. i test alot of hours today.. to make this here thats my own kind of try i know it dont look good or neadly good as the renx stuff.. but i never made it before and no one wanted to help me with this stuff. so dont be to anger with me later i want to make the "tower" finish. and after that i try to make it ready for rollin´ the good thing is.. if i use this texture maps now.. it can later easely be changed with better versions. Maybe in teh future when i find some dudes who can help me with this So if u dudes have an own community or know an 3d artist. Pls ask him if he could help me. For pro Artists it should be less then 1h work for them to make me a good texture/map now dudes.. what u think about this "map" ?
  14. at the moment im just plannig to make allied land units and buildings, after that i want to make soviet land units and buildings. after that i want to make air units, f.e. harrier, nighthawk, and on russians side kirov and maybe an transport hellcopter. that is was im surely want to do. Yuri Stuff, naval units and such special stuff can i make after i finished the "basic" stuff. so its a long road for a single dude but you guys can help me if u found some 3d artists, and such stuff ^^ Edit: I found a good way for me to make the texture. so i think i could make the grizzly ready for the game in one week ^^

  16. i wil try it formyself and one question to the texturing. do u guys want it with the coulour realistic (green/Brown camouflage) , like ra 2 (metalic, silver/blue ) ? i test some stuff and blue looks very.. strange in my opinion. heres to very cheap&fast previews for u to understand what i mean. (that is not even nearly final stuff! ) i prefer the green one.. looks more natural

  18. âh thx but there is no need for this how i said. first i try to make this vehicles ready to playing and after that i start making the soviets^^ btw there are no original Buildings models. there are something like a diashow. just vehicles are models
  19. i attached all together BUT there are all own parts so there are selectable easily^^ i try to texture them. if i have no usefull result. we try it without that
  20. So heres the Finished Prism Tank And for better Oversee here the other 3 Main Vahicles for the Allied Army. At this moment i wanted to make the Soviet vehicles. but cuz the big expactation of this mod. i try to bring these 4 vehicles into the game. So the first step is texturing them.. afther that bring then into renx as the start they should be scriptable or i crates for costum/test servers^^ wish me luck dudes note: the first site has some reworked ^^
  21. oh dude this was pretty much not helpfull i dont know if i said clearly what i want (with my broken english ) i dont want to make my own kind of font. i just want a titletext in kind of ra 2. i even try to make it on photoshop but i failed horribly. btw: in the game datas i found the ingame fonts.. but theyre nothing to do with the title font

Hey Dudes i have a simple question.. i saw this logo from RenX: Tiberiu Sun.. and thought.. my RA:2 Mod for RenX needs something Similar i thought on a new textart for the renegade x in the red Alert 2 kind of art. and then Red Alert 2 under this "Renegade X RA2Stylish"Text here u can see the kind of text i hope somebody can make it for me.. because i cant make this kind of text effects thx for u help
