'nosteam' option? and where would logs/config files be? Might be obvious, but would rather be told so I get the right files, heh

This is what we done before, but we have issues where either a player can't connect to the sever, or someone gets kicked out when map changes, and can no longer re-join server.

A] I asked that folk didn't just post links to older posts and B] Tried that, doesn't give any options to install a server profile.

And how do you host a dedicated server? Can't seem to find option to do so in game or launcher

Simple as title says, me and my gaming group would like to play this on Lan, but been having issues such as players being unable to reconnect to a server after a map change, or not being able to connect at all. How can we set up a server for players Vs. bots that wouldn't fudge up? P.S. please don't refer to other older post but instead state info in reply, been all over the forums and got no where with it, and the way we made the server for Beta 2 and 1 doesn't work right for 3. Thanks.
