Faceless

The new launcher is not working. It didn't work before with Beta 2 either. It simply crashes every time I try to launch the game, but the game works just fine. Not 8.1. Apparently .NET framework 4.5 is a part of the OS, so that isn't the issue. Any help will be appreciated
