Downgrade to Windows 7. Windows 8 is a horrible operating system plagued with issues. It is most likely going to be yet another problem with the OS, not the game. I am running it flawlessly on Win7 Pro 64bit.

Our server has been running pretty damned smooth.

I have tried 7777, port +1, port +10 So far nothing. I am beginning to think it is a server bug. Like rcon is not properly implemented.

Unreal was never really intended for anything over 32 slots. Unless the engine is heavily optimized it just does not run smoothly. Even HoS that was heavily optimized struggles. Any servers over 32 players is just overkill. -
