Launcher works but game/server won't

Sup. I literally just downloaded the game, clicked on Launcher then I'm taken here (see 1st picture), then I click there (see 2nd picture) then I am taken here (see 3rd picture) and nothing else happens, it just keep stuck on "is not responding". What do I do? My notebook data: Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4005U CPU @ 1.70GHz 1.70 GHz RAM : 6.00 GB
