my experience with both the Totem Arts and Ren-x launchers has been that it won't even open unless I give it admin privileges..... and going straight to the binary has no delay--just the Totem Arts launcher does... ren-x launcher never had that problem Not saying you're wrong, even though you're a Totem Arts developer! just what happens to me. also since I have your attention, please fix the soundbug

tbh, this "Totem Launcher" has acted really odd and made installing/updating the game way more confusing. For example, I click join server and it takes about 30 seconds for the Ren-X splash screen to even show up.....which is odd given the old launcher didnt do this... Also, this launcher does the same thing the last one started doing at some point--it needs admin privileges to open... Which...it shouldn't ever need... I saw NodSaibot (/Sarah?) 's response about not putting the install directory in Program Files but...since when do program files not get installed in Program Files?

Firestorm does not exist. Developers have been promising one version or another for years…literally the definition of VAPORWARE…

I’m having a different problem with the launcher…maybe 50% of the time I use it to launch game and…nothing happens… I use binary directly and it works…. help me NodSaibot—you’re my only hope—

Firestorm needs someone who can finish…most players can’t finish…Shoetim can’t finish….roweboat can’t finish….Nod can’t finish…

Repping is +-fun and generally easy—you’re helping without having to be responsible for any actual strategy…getting into the apc is a big risk—generally doesn’t work out—and you have to think/probs get yelled at by shpetim

Wow that’s a lot of hostility… I haven’t actually been paying attention to your game for quite a while—but since you brought it up, have you released Firestorm yet? If not that’s actually/sincerely sad. Totem Arts really shit the bed on this one… Renegade X is/was a massive achievement, especially since it’s free and without advertisements…I honestly don’t know why you all tried to move on to the next great thing like it’d work out great. Last time I played there actually were major problems with ren-x…hope you devs have spent time fixing things instead of all moving on to the next great thing… though again I’m really not paying attention…haven’t played your game in about a year…all I really know is that roweboat is a fatty. also…is shpetim actually going by rustyshackleford in game now? So weird….ashes to ashes…
