you know, mac does have it's advantages. besides the fact that mac never crashes i've never heard of a mac with a virus or trojan horse on it. also, mac is really nice once you get used to it and the programs are way more stable then programs will ever be in vista.
on the other hand, mac has no support for windows programs or whatever (i know, you can have 2 operating systems on a mac but that kinda sux) and when it comes to gaming mac is just totally out of the loop even though their macbooks would easily own a normal PC on area's such as FPS on highest settings etc.
all in all i have to say that i'm really fond of mac. but because i game and use programs like AutoCAD i don't have any use for it as mac doesn't support those programs which imo is a real shame.

you know i'm not even on the team and i get annoyed by all the whining for a new update.
peeps, these people do this in their SPARE TIME please keep that in mind. it's a fun project for them, and when the time is right there'll be an update you all know that.
so please, stop whining and pushing them for a new update. It'll be there, just trust the team and shut up.

i agree on the glacier thingie. loved the map and without the bugs it's just simply GREAT.
anyways, i've never even seen a mammy rush. all i ever did were med, mlrs and apc rushes on GDI and stank, arti, flame and apc rushes on NOD.
and the E stands for the standard 'action' button.
and i hate snipers on any map lol. :lol: i love bashing them with a tank though. -

anyways, my german is really bad. Uhm, basically they don't know a release date yet. What you have to realise is that the team does this mod in their spare time meaning that they simply can't set a release date.
believe me, every minute you have to wait for this mod is worth it. the mod will be great when it's done.
We only have to give them the time and the support to finish it

but, i definately agree with you there demigan. people would really try hard to get achievements. and, if the right ones are added, this could result in a gameplay change in the positive direction! -

any achievements resulting in better gear would change the gameplay to dramatically. IF the achievements are implemented into the game they're just for fun, nothing else. -
mammy n00b: buy a mammoth three times in the same game
med expert: get 50 kills with a med over your entire ren-x carreer
death from above: make 20 kills with an orca or apache in one game
radio active: nuke 2 buildings in the same game
ion lover: Ion 2 buildings in the same game
Tiberium mutant: kill 20 peeps with a chem warrior
Tank destroyer: kill 200 tanks with pic or raveshaw over you entire Ren-X carreer
Destroyer of base: kill all buildings in the same game
Obliterator: kill 50 buildings over your entire Ren-x carreer
can't think of anything more right now

actually you can. if you're used to wired mouses and keyboards the delay on wireless pretty much is HORRIBLE. and it gets worse as the batteries get more and more empty lol. that's the main reason why i dislike wireless. -

my first contact with C&C was in 1998, with C&C TD. and i still remember the hours i spent behind that computer so i could finish the game, still a shame that i never finished it lol... but oh well, i was 8 years old back then lol, so when i couldn't finish a mission after 20 times of trying i stopped playing. but still im in love with the C&C franchise and i think that C&C is one of the best series ever made.

You know that green square that appears around friendly vehicles, how about in the corner it can say who is driving it too? That way you would know who is the driver VS passenger.
Also vehicles that are the same type could be numbered 1-whatever?

if i remember correctly the name of the person driving the vehicle is above the vehicle in question (for ur own team). ofc from a little distance this isn't readable but the world ain't gonna die from that lol. -

when i started renegade mostly @ WNx serv, and when up DaJoint's own serv ofc.
After those servers died i went from server to server, and ended up @ jelly and baddog gaming

lol the curves are there. the leather jacket she weares just prevents jou from seeing most of that
and remember she's a merc, she's supposed to be tough and tbh i haven't seen many mercs running around in tight clothes or shorts (especially not the female ones lol).
Anyways, back on topic.
Definately love the update you guys! the apc really is epic. In my opinion the flame tank should have a little more black like the apc but that's up to you ofc. Rest of it looks great as always
