Too much time wasting.

Keeps showing update 0.54 to 063 but it never updates. When i press download it goes through with downloading. After it's finished it asks to restart so that it can update and install, but as soon as it comes back up it throws the same message. Since it keeps this up i don't see any servers. Please help.
