Setbind startfire not working

Hi fellow gamers

Since the latest Ren X update I cannot bind 'startfire' anymore.

I used to do it by clicking F4 and typing 'setbind startfire g', which doesn't work now. Same with alternative keys.

A player recommended to delete UTKinput.ini to make it work again. Sadly, that didn't help.

Does anyone have an idea what might be the issue or what else I can try? De- and reinstalling Ren X?

I'd be super thankful for help. Playing Ren X without startfire bound is such a huge downgrade.

De- and reinstalling Renegade X hasn't helped either.
