Controller sensitivity: feature request or bug report

While playing with joystick, the lack of difference in sensitivity, or the difference thereof, is making control impossible. I have to have my sensitivity set to 3 to keep it from bugging, and it takes me a full 5000 m/s to turn around. My ideal no ironsight sensitivity is 5, by I need 4 (or 3) for vertical. 

A pressure range curve would be nice. A settable pressure range curve would be nice.

I'm playing on windows 10. Intel core i7. Video GeForce gtx.

This is the kind of swing I mean. Maybe there is ready made source?

Renegade X doesn't support joysticks/controllers officially. They just happen to be there because the engine already include those, though they lack anything specific to Renegade X.
