Mouse clicks cause microscopic stutter in aiming.

Whenever pressing mouse left or right to fire when not aiming down sight, it causes a little hitch in aiming/rotation.  It does not hitch the game, just the look.  Personally i find this particularly annoying when trying to use pistols and fire quickly, it messes up my aim.
