Unable to access Asia server

I noticed that RX's Asian server was online on July 1,but I couldn't connect with the server.

I thought it was my problem, then I asked other [Dragon] Clan players, they also can't connect with the Asian server.

What's wrong with this server?, Is this server still in setup? I haven't seen anyone play in the Asian server (always 0/64, sometime 1/64) for the last 14 days.

And......

Where is the server located? the Ping look weird

data from CN Players:

HongKong player reported the Ping is 47 and Guangzhou is 170+ , other places Ping even lag than EU (Ping 210+) and NA (Ping 230+) Servers

I am grouping people from East Asia and find a low ping server as well.

I would like to know what's going on in Asian Server.

I've rebooted the Asia server, since no-one was on it
