Video Problem

Hello There...

 im having a video problem, using win 10, the game Black Dawn looks in between black and red, barely can play it, at moments it comes to looks normal, but then it changes to some bugged red problem, any help?

if anyone happens to have similar problems is one of the options, in my case was the option "post process effect" that make my video look like infrared i guess but like bugged, hope this helps if someone else have this problem.
