"The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation" error appears after attempting to install .msi

This seems to appear when trying to open the .msi and after trying nearly everything to install it, I need help.

Create a folder at
C:\Program Files (x86)\RenegadeX\Launcher
and extract the files from the following download inside:

https://renxdownloads.nyc3.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com/launcher-3e4811a.zip

[SomethingSomething123]
