Superweapon restrictions on low player count games

I know it's possible, since EKT servers enforced that. I'd like to ask to bring it over to CT servers, because this tactic is as unfair as they could ever get.

It also promotes planting nukes and ions without proper cover, and one SALMAN asking for 2000 credits on full sever game so that he can solo nuke is plenty enough.
