Black Screen on start up. Tried everything!!

Black screen and no sound at beginning of launch from desktop shortcut.

Unreal demo and other demo worked then nothing.

Things i've tried: Driver update, Direct X update, CMD changes "BCDEdit /Set IncreaseUserVA 3072",

deleted videos from install directory, complete Re install of game, resolution X Y from native 2560x1440 to 1920x1080 in UDKSystemSettings. I'm really running out of ideas and desperately want to get in on this game.

Specs:

• 3.5GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7, Turbo Boost up to 3.9GHz

• 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 2X4GB

• 1TB Serial ATA Drive @ 7200 rpm

• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 4GB GDDR

Bootcamp windows 8.1 on an iMac. Fresh install.
