Film grain effect not working on all maps

Hey I've noticed that the film grain (video noise) effect is only working on the 'Goldrush' and 'Mesa' map, On goldrush the grain effect looks high and mesa it looks medium, All the other maps seem to have it disabled, Im running the game on the ultra preset graphic option. Anyone else have this issue and maybe a solution to get it working on all maps, Thanks.

I think GR and Mesa are the only maps with grain enabled actually.
