NotoriousPyro
There have been reports, including myself, that the uninstaller for Renegade X deletes the user's Start Menu folder. If you have uninstalled, and have lost your Start Menu items: Click Start and right-click All Programs, then click Open. Go up a directory (on Windows 7 click Windows in the address bar, on Windows XP click the Up button). Right-click the Start Menu folder, click Properties. Go to the Previous Versions tab and select a previous version from before you uninstalled Renegade X. Click Restore... and confirm the action. This may not work on all versions of Windows, and will not work if you have System Restore turned off or disabled for the C drive.

NotoriousPyro
Some people seem unaffected, while me and a few others have had their entire start menu deleted.
