How do you play with 64 Bots?

From what I understand, the game supports up to 64 players. But the "Skirmish"-menu only allows me to play with 32 Bots. Is there any way to manually fix this? A text file to tweak, or something of the sort?

If I'm not mistaken, once in game, ctrl + v, follow the commands to add bots manually that way.
