I just installed it and it says it cannot find the server list. Does that mean that there are no servers or what?

No there are no servers up for 0.55, and no Black Dawn is not online.

We will be making an update sometime next month, as the multiplayer standalone release will be coming this year.

Is it possible for a user to host a server? Or are the developers the people that do it?
