  1. Ahh Hourglass, the marmite of Renegade. What it needs is etheir a larger hill top, so the hill campers arn't so well protected by thier own base defences. Or enable the B/D to attack vehicles up there, leaving it a sniper zone or a rush path. Or add an acess from the tunnels, I.E. a lift. This would make the tunnels useful, and means the hill campers can be flankedand attacked without them just pounding the oppnents before they got to grips.

    Also ive always felt that thats Nods turrets and Obby BD's where always better that GDi's one AGT. On some maps ,Hourglass for one,

    GDi's Base is always a more exposed. Attack the Nod base from the side and a turret would hold you off for a time, and even alert the defenders to your attack. But the GDi base? Nice and safe for you to shell the base, while they first have to find where you are, and then try to get to you before you spot them and withdraw. I always liked the MG towers on Glacier and some fan map, they mean attackers have to split their fire, or take a beating while they try to kill the main defence (AGT/Obby). Adding them to some maps would give GDi a better chance.

    Just have it as a specialy option, IE on a server that runs maps with bigger bases
  3. WOOHOO! Quick question, how will the mod be updated? Will we need to replace the veision we have, or will you have it patch it self? Or somethin'g else? Btw

  4. I always hated the MRLS 'lock-on', it gives GDi a decent edge in vehicle combat. GDi vehicles are ment to be heavliy armed and armoured, but have the manoverablity of a brick, while Nod's tank zip around, relying on speed as defence. MLRS's lock-on counters this way to easily, ripping apart the light armour with massed fire.

    Rapid fire rockets that track makes it a no-brainer weapon, it should be a AoE attacker relying soley on its muliple shots to cover an area, rather than muliple shots that track and obliterates oppnents with little effort. <_<

  5. These questions may have been asked/answered somewhere but I haven't found it.

    Just want to know how will I find and connect to Ren-X games? Via GameSpy? or the UT3 multiplayer game? Will it detect whos running Ren-x servers?

    Will you still be able to connect to normal and playnormal UT3 games with the Mod installed?

    Will the MRLS rockets track targets (which it shoundn't really IMO)?
