That happens when you turn off your virtual memory (pagefiles) in windows.

You will get auto blocked for a few mins if you try and ping the server

If he just was using the launcher, he didn't use a ping command to check if the server is up.

On the picture you can see, there is no ping but you can see the playercount...

I get the same result on other PC's in my house too....

Maybe some sort of ddos protection which blocks all people from germany ?
