[False Permanent Mute?]

Hi all. When I played recently it shows that I have been permanently muted in game since Jun 30 for racism, homophopbia, general toxicity, bigotry (dr manhattan / NLM ), though I have never spoke anything in chat in the past few months, nor have I ever been toxic. User account is [B-7]Turtle. 

I did a quick search on the forum an this appears to be a false ban according to this topic, which is pretty much the same issue I encountered:

Just being curious. Where is the file that contains the AI codes? I have some ideas of improving the bots performance and I wanna test it out but I dont know where the file is exactly at.

Hey guys im still new to this game but i feel that the power of the rifles against infantries is very low, and it makes the auto rifles very inefficient & hard to make a kill, especially with infantries' high movement speed &pretty significant damage from vehicles. What do you guys think?
