[issue with launcher]

i stop my firewall but still have this issue

i run game and go to multiplayer menu and "enter ip" then entering ip from below topic:

viewtopic.php?f=119&t=71818

and some of those ip work and goes to game but there is no one in server

is it normal?

i download the game right now

and start Launcher and go to "servers" tab but there is no server

my friend have this problem too
