This thread has been a great read, thanks guys. 

Ignoring all of the politics, FPI is the best server going. I'm not sure why we have a developer threatening to remove it because they had a tiff with a moderator.

I don't really understand the big issue. People should just let people play and if there is a problem then why can't there be a random shuffle? Or a shuffle based on the top 5 players? I don't know, it just seems like this is all getting rather heated over a minor issue. 

Why not implement a random shuffle after each round? Surely that would fix all of this? 

More often than not, the issue is one team is better organised than the other anyway.

Clearly I spoke too soon. Once I changed the resolution and a few graphics settings it crashed and the error re-surfaced. 

Deleted all UDK files in /config and then re-applied settings one by one. No crash.. So I don't really know what the issue is. 

Anyway, fixed... for now.

After rolling back the update, RenX now works. Weird.

Just installed the latest Windows 10 updates. Now when I try and boot up the game, I get a grey screen and it closes. 

I've restarted, run in Win 7 Compatibility Mode and re-installed the game. 

Event Viewer shows:

Shot in the dark... but I was thinking that we only do spawn points in buildings because they've always been in buildings. What if, for infantry only maps, spawn points weren't actually in the buildings themselves? Say like... there was just a dormant APC or Landed transport prop at the back of the base with PTs, and (maybe( still PTs in buildings.

If people didn't spawn right back in buildings, I don't think it would feel so helpless rushing with other infantry, as you wouldn't just be putting your enemy RIGHT BACK IN YOUR FACE. It's already hard enough to not get wtf pwned by people with remote C4 (and a decent ping).

This actually sounds pretty good.
