I had the same problem, make sure firewall ports are open and install .net 4.5.. check the server settings 3 times :-) I had issues till i read about .net, reloaded it, and the UN is open

Hello, some may remember me, some may not, I want to thank you for the opportunity for bringing the UNRules clan back into our founding game, We are looking forward to being a part of this and hope to see some old faces...

The UN had changed quite a bit, Matrix=[uN]= is running the clan now and i have been his right hand for quite some time... we're looking forward to rebuilding once again, all old UN members, please reach out, we left the light on for you!
