[Firestorm Update - Delayed!, Music, and More]

I'm sure I'm not alone in saying this, it will be done when it's done, and god damn does it sound like it's gonna be worth the wait  !!

Fairplay to not taking the easy 'reskin' route, Firestorm sounds like it's going to be a worth sucessor/stablemate to RenX !

 

[Respawned,chose class (SBH) and ended up in floaty cam..]

Short and sweet description..

Had been playing on Mesa II for a while, and as SBH for at least the last 5-10 mins.

Died, respawned, chose SBH again...and.....

suddenly I'm in floaty cam . Still had the "Press E to access purchase terminal" message on screen (and it never went away). WSAD keys controlling movement of cam (W down, S, UP, A/D = left/right)

No other keys seemed to have any effect. I could "change team" from the menu, but it didn't show any change in view, I could only tell by the change in message text colour. Suicide appeared to do nothing.

Ended up having to quit game.

I don't remember the installer asking for a reboot at all, pretty sure I downloaded, ran the install and started playing straight away (Win 7 64 but without SP1, and my account is admin level)

Just played for the last 2 hours or so, 2.0a seems way way way smoother than the previous beta, and I saw numerous people saying the same thing.

[Knocked into the inside of a support strut in fields tunne]

During the middle of a heavy firefight, I ended up getting knocked back into the INSIDE of one of the support lattice struts at the top of the tunnel area on Fields. I could see out through the gaps.

I was still alive (barely..4 health..), could fire weapons, but shots didn't leave the inside. No one seemed to either be able to hit me, or see me (not sure which ,I'm pretty sure a few enemy turned towards me after hearing my weapon firing).

I've found it a lot harder to get near/past the AGT without getting hit . I wondered at first if I was lagging a bit, as a few times as I tried to sneak past, shots from the AGT seemed to hit me through the rockface.

As already said, the Ob can be hit from that middle area by tanks, rocket guys etc without any danger of being hit back the Ob.

Suffered that yesterday, step out of building... BOINK!

Two or 3 deadeyes all up on that little ledge dodging in and out of the edge of it, probably an engy up there as well, I got a few hits on them as a Marksman, but they reappeared at full health shortly afterwards.

I think I'm noticing it more when I've just thrown a grenade then switching back to main weapon.

[Stuck in zoom after quick weapon change]

Yes, during a bout of sniping as a Nod Marksman on Walls, zoomed view, but no scope view. Switching weapons seemed to cure it (I tried swapping between 1st&3rd person repeatedly but that didn't seem to affect it)

[Beacons Won't Disarm]

I would say it makes more sense as it is right now, the beacon (I would think) is there to allow the 'lock on' for the Nuke or Ion Cannon, one the missile is in flight, or the satellite is in position and charging to fire, I wouldn't expect it to need the beacon anymore - unless it's that windy in space as to knock the Ion cannon satellite off course...

Yep, had that quite a few times myself when I was sniping from the top of the base on Walls Seems to be on reloading.possibly when zoomed in. Swapping weapons and back again seems to cure it , and it doesn't stop you firing, but with no reticle...

I'll try and pay attention to exactly what I was doing the next time it happens.
