[Some suggestions about surrendering]

Players should be able to surrender once one of the buildings was destroyed instead of waiting for about 10 minutes(I don't remember the time exactly :))

This could be more reasonable , especially while playing maps like CNC-Snow. After your factory/airstrip was destroyed and the enemies' was well defended , sometimes all your resistances were just wasting time

Hi,everyone!I love in making skins for characters and vehicles,but the only matter is I dont know how to package the texture files into an upk

I learn a lot but it seems like that no one knows how to make or edit an upk file

So,do we have our own rights to make skins for the game?If we do,then there should be a tutorial to teach us how to edit an upk file

From the "Hotwire" 's dress can be seen, Why her clothing style is no longer with the orange and blue? (That was D-6's original style) At least her pants is not orange
