    You can attack the Airstrip and Refinery in Nod's base on Under without the Obelisk getting you too.

    Tanks are only vulnerable to aircraft is because-
    A) Aircrafts are more agile and can dodge the shell
    B) An Aircraft can go directly above a tank and it wont be able to get attacked (hurr)

    And so on, however a tank shell would destroy an aircraft almost straight away, so you're one hell of a bad pilot for being hit, be awesome if a tank shell could completely mess parts of an aircraft up (or any explosive weapon) of which the aircraft can lovingly spiral downwards into the ground. :D

    Make sure Ravenshaws Rail Gun cannot kill an aircraft straight away pwease.

    As soon as UT3 came out I got the limited box cased one for £14.99 :lol: (roughly about $28)
  5. I know that having WASD is the basic and the always rule of driving and walking. But driving and walking are different so I thought, for things like tanks and their tracks, perhaps just have

    A- Left

    D- Right

    A+D- Straight Forwards.

    S to reverse I guess, but in all could remove the reverse for tanks, this just makes things that little bit more difficult when driving.

    Stealth/Flame/Light Tanks would operate the same way as well.

  6. It'd be better if you guys scripted bots to minimum, as the bots would only shoot troops, not attack or repair buildings.

    Have the option sooner and cause less bug fck ups.

    i.e having a bot attack a building when already dead.

    But...just to mention, if this gamemode were to come into being, there would clearly be modifications to the buildings etc, therefore it wouldn't be that hard to destroy a building.

    Thing about this gamemode is(what seperates it from empires if it were to be), is that you'd be able to have high tech defences!..5 Ob's...BUT...you'd have the power plant system etc. ;)

    Having this idea wouldn't be all bad but I'd say wait for the polished version of this mod first :P

    I think it goes by Total views as well as views per day, but Black Mesa I think will always be Ranked 1st non-the less. :lol:

    That'd be useful, so if a building gets destroyed you can no longer spawn in that building and must select another one.

    Also another idea, a destroyed building can be 're-purchased' so to speak if there is a Construction Yard(If implemented) But when bought it's health starts at yellow and the building must get into the green in order for it to be functional again(by getting into the green I mean, it doesn't have to reach the end of it's health bar to be operational again).

    Also, perhaps being able to spawn as one of the basic 4 units.
    So...before you spawn you could choose if you wanted to spawn as an;
    -Minigunner
    -Shotgun
    -Grenadier/FlameTrooper
    -Engineer
    Instead of Always spawning as a Minigunner and having to find a PT quickly.
    Also..if there's lag then it makes things a little more irritating to get the unit you want quickly.
    (EDIT: guess someone else already covered that last one... :unsure: )
