Evening All

So I downloaded the Launcher earlier and it opened, validated then downloaded the game. 

Th file stopped at around 98% and the launcher came up as not responding. So i closed the launcher. Tried again.

Same thing but froze on 20%, not responding, then the pc froze entirely so had to force shutdown. 

So I just now deleted the Launcher and redownloaded it. Now when I double click the launcher, even with run as admin, it wont even open. Just the blue circle for a second, then nothing. 

Any advice is welcome.
