[RENEGADE X NOT UPDATING]

i am having this issue while updating

 

 

 

 

Renegade X could not be updated. The following exception occurred:

Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\Renegade x\Renegade X\patch\backup\20220212_071235' is denied.

I downloaded the Renegade X launcher from this website. But when i try to install the game the launcher does not run. Plz help.
