Stigma

Currently, my game version is stuck on v5.376, even though a newer version is available. the game says as such and to reset the launcher. but the launcher says the game is up to date? is there a way to force it to check for updates, or manually download and apply it? or do I need to reinstall it.

I've just installed the new update, but it seems to have broken the game. The internet movies play as normal, and then it's just an eternal loading screen. I left it for 10 minutes but it still hadn't finished. I reaaaalllly don't want to have to reinstall this with my godawful internet. Is there a fix for this?

So I was messing around with console commands in single player, when I came across the "allweapons" cheat, which I promptly used. I was greeted with a very sci-fi looking rifle, while missing a few animations appeared to be functional with both primary and secondary attack. But the thing that stuck out to me, is when using this weapon's secondary beam attack, after getting enough kills, a voice would epically announce "SHAFT MASTER!" what is this wierd weapon? I know of other easter eggs like the tesla tank but this seems like something else. what's going on here?
