Game Launcher NOT Updating After Downloading the Update

installation of this game is bad: 1) I tried to download installation from page: https://renegade-x.com/files/ install this and launched, as a result - endless pending in "Downloading" point. 2) I tried to download mod from page: http://www.indiedb.com/games/renegade-x/downloads/renegade-x-beta-5 and update this - download some thing on 100% and do it again, and again, and again.
