Scope movement speed bug

Ok so first post and I have experienced this with all scoped sniper style Characters. When scoping animation is just starting, if sprint is pressed along with W, you retain a regular un-scoped walking speed until you either zoom, jump or exit scope. Furthermore, you retain all accuracy of being scoped. this isn't bad if the user is inexperienced but with frequent use it could make mid-range sniper battles a hassle.

If you want I can post some footage of this in action, however the only real proof I have of this is mini map scroll speed unless someone can help me get a detailed speed stat bar.

TL:DR - While scoping pressing shift and W makes you walk normal speed while still scoped.
