5.15 Islands black & white?

Why does the gameplay turn to black and white when you're in certain perfectly legitimate areas of Islands?

Here I snuck up on the area above the GDI tunnel entrance.

Already been fixed by Kenz, Will be done next patch/hotfix

It's actually a pretty cool effect when you're trying to sneak into a base unnoticed... Makes you feel like you're doing something you shouldn't, all illicit like.
