Hi I was running launcher v0.54 and every time I login it said new launcher version v0.63. I click the download/ok button to upgrade. Once downloaded it asks to close to reinstall, however when it comes back it loads the old version again, and I could never upgrade. Eventually I hacked down and found %TEMP%\RxTmp which had the new version and just copied pasted the files to my launcher in program files, overriding the old version. It was not until I did this that I realised a new version of the game was also out since my old launcher never told me, so this could be preventing people on 5.16 of the game from upgrading to 5.21 as it did for me
