  1. In light of EA/Petroglyph Games remastering classic C&C, here is my render of the classic C&C logo. Enjoy.
  2. I seem to have fixed it. What I did, I went to the Nvidia control panel, went to the Global Settings and turned on the FXAA setting. Also, I changed the setting to override to performance. I turned on the MSAA 8x in Ren-X and the maps are visible
  3. MSAA. When I use the FXAA Nvidia, I don't see any difference even on the highest setting
  4. When I put the anti-aliasing on, whether it's 2x, 4x, or 8x, the full map disappears and the minimap flickers. But when I take it off, the map is back to being visible

  6. It's pretty common when one dies. The bodies go all over the place especially if one gets blasted by a tank. It's humorous at times
  7. I added some more lights, some extrusions to the building (not textured yet) and the hand is low poly

  10. Here's an update on the Hand of Nod. I changed the exterior/interior to concrete. Added a texture to the globe put a red light inside the entrance way

  12. Still no go. Epic Games recently released UDK 4. Can I download the UDK 4 or do I need the one from the Ren X site?

  15. I've installed Ren X and the "Redist" folder. When I open it, it starts loading assets and then crashes. The UDK is on my desktop.

  18. I know this is a silly question but, does any of you know how to use the UDK for RenX? I don't know where to start When I finish the Hand of Nod, I would like to see how it looks in there. Or maybe I can give you the model to test it out
  19. I think it's the angle and wide focal length I rendered it in which makes it look small. Plus there isn't foliage to give scale to it. And for sure I'll reduce the polys of the hand after I'm satisfied with the design. Thanks for the feedback
  20. Hi Guys I've been attempting to make Tiberian Dawn's Hand of Nod in 3D. It's not completely finished yet. I've tried to make it as close to the "original" as possible but added realism to it as well. Such as: - Changing the hand to be made out of metal instead of rock. Because if you're a terrorist organization, and you need to take ground fast, where would you find time to carve a hand out of a rock or boulder? Also in the original picture, it looks like its shiny. - The exterior of the building is made with corrugated metal, again, instead of stone - Added floodlights to light the building in the night. - The hand is smaller because I think, in the original, the hand is way too large for the structure Tell me what you think of it.
