I was just playing on Jelly marathon and somehow GDI was able to buy and use Orcas. I don't know how though, I was on Nod.

The team that destroys the barracks/HON is rewarded for their efforts by denying the opponent the ability to plant mines. -
I wasn't able to reproduce this, but was on walls flying. I joined the server spawned in GDI PP, bought an engineer, went out the door and saw an SBH that was cloaked. I could not target the SBH but I could see him clear as day. Once he started shooting at me I was able to target him (like you normally would). Sorry I don't have much more information.
