Huh, my problem persists!

Installing Direct X now, thanks man.. probably would've never figured it out.

First people should know I had a massive virus problem, and I recently wiped my hard-drive clean. So I might not have all the Microsoft updates, and that could be what's causing it. Regardless, I download Renegade X and it always says I'm missing some DLL files! The current one is d3dx9_48. I'm going to try re-downloading/installing.. hope this works. Although if anybody knows what happened, please help. If it's not the DLL files, it's the download not completing.. does anyone feel like just sending me the game over Skype? Or over email or something? Perhaps an alternate download would help?
