I just installed them, and now I'm back to where I started. The intro videos no longer play.

Thanks for replying quickly; unfortunately though, that did not fix it. I now make it to a loading screen before crashing though, so I guess that's progress.

After the intro plays the game crashes after displaying the menu for a split second. it says "BUILT WITH UDK has stopped working" contents of the windows error message: http://pastebin.com/V0h4bKg6 contents of log file: http://pastebin.com/TeEkeMSx I'm running windows 7 64-bit 12gb ram radeon HD 9600 i7 I've updated my drivers and dx11; I've also tried reinstalling the game. Prior to those steps, the game crashed without displaying the intro videos, but it played the audio.
