Renegade x mac/linux client[version 0.2 is live]

The instructions don't help at all. What do I do? My friend has a MAC, and unfortunately I'm only an expert on Windows What do you do? We installed it on his MAC. He has Wine but the game wont start up. What do you do with the wrapper etc...?
