There's lots of discussions revolving around suggestions on Discord. Hardly anyone really looks at or enjoys using forums these days.

https://discord.gg/totemarts Forums have rarely been used by the average user/player, even many years ago. Discord is way more approachable and natural, it is just a collection of chat rooms after all.

It's unlikely that bots will ever receive a major overhaul. There has been a lot of work done on them in the past. The tools given in UDK/UE3 for bot behaviours is quite limiting, the path finding really sucks and it is a very tedious thing to work on. There is a decent amount of logic put into the bots that doesn't seem to quite click, but a lot of work was put into them.

Launcher takes too long to start game

If the game is taking a while to start, I don't know if that is a launcher specific issue. -

InstallDir\UDKGame\Config\UDKSystemSettings.ini ResX and ResY You can also set that ingame via the setres command. For example if you wanted 1080p fullscreen, open console with f5 and type setres 1920x1080f <width>x<height>f/w

Should just be able to delete the files, or if it registers in the program list you can do it there.

Insane lag on main menu - am I doing something wrong?

Check in your GPU software to make sure that the GPU is being used for the game, especially for laptops it seems that they don't detect UDK.exe as a game so it uses your integrated gpu. -
What version of Windows are you running? And the launcher won't start the game if it crashes like that, naturally. The launcher only runs the 64bit client. You can delete the file located in your install directory, RenegadeX/Binaries/Win64/dinput8.dll Then you can see if it works or not.

For the launcher stuff, we have an update coming later. Related to bots/skirmish, the game tends to crash rather often if you add bots through the menu. Adding them through commands in-game will reduce crashes at beginning of the match. For bot behaviour and such, it's unlikely most of that will be changed. Thank you for your reports.
