Hey, I've been playing the original renegade since beta and made my fair share of game modifications (skin, map etc.). I just wondered if there become an easy way for us to get more involved with the game like making skins... so we can personalise things a bit (I loved my spongebob c-4)... I was quite suprised seeing people complain about some characters having high hitpoints.. I myself find it rather the other way arround.. getting blown up by several weapons rather alot faster than in the original renegade.. Also the pointer for the sniper rifles is missing so that you really need to use the zoom to get an accurate shot.. which really is a big nerf imo... This change really puts down the snipers and other slow shooters and brings a big advantage to other infantry.. which is good.. but imo a bit tomuch atm (esp. the proximity mines do tomuch damage).. Also when we used to take damage there used to be a red circle popping up on your screen showing from which direction you took damage.. I'd love to see that implemented if possible! Now for a few bugs: -joining servers from ingame doesn't drop me in the correct server, but rather in a random server(works well from the out of game launcher, just the ingame isn't working well for me). -sometimes the zoom function bugs out a bit and gets me stuck between 1st and 3th person view or something else not intended. -sprinting sometimes bugs and puts me to walking mode (I don't know if this is intentional and can be caused by using up all your energy or not.. just thought I'd still mention it). For the rest I haven't detected any real bugs worth mentioning and like to congratulate you guys on a great game! I hope we'll get a few more modes like sniper, ctf and infantry only, the ability to host a server ourself for private matches.

Hey, I was thinking back at the old days and googled a bit and found out theres actually people working on a new renegade that even looks quite promising.. Tho after downloading I found one thing I minded and that was the 3th person view wasn't right behind the character and that I couldn't zoom in and out with the mouse wheel.. But beside that I have nothing to comment except "keep up the good work!". Also I was wondering if there are still any of you oldies out there that might remember me. I mostly hang arround the demo community but also played full version on gsa and wol. And ofcourse [HLOW] was my first clan :3!
