Are you still looking for help? I'm an industry artist and long time C&C fan. I'm capable of doing just about anything from concepting to animation and everything in between. The one gotcha is that I've never used the unreal tech. I actually only bought UT3 so I could play this mod. Anyway, id be interested in helping out if you need it. I can produce a portfolio if needed.
