  1. Very pleased to see this! I've been asking for the mod to be on GitHub for a while now
  2. That would be really cool, especially with the new SDK being out. People could just clone the Repo for all their modding goodness and it'll keep up to date with changes and patches.
  3. Might I make a suggestion? Upload the project to github. I'm not sure what the team's stance on open source is, but as it's very much a community driven project, it makes a lot of sense to put it on Github and let many people potentially contribute to it. The team will still keep control of what does and doesn't go in via simply accepting pull requests. I'd love to help contribute, but I don't think it's worth going through the recruitment process as my time is quite limited. It also means things like those spelling mistakes could be a great start for someone looking to help but without much experience. Just a suggestion.
  4. Conversely, I bought an airstrike today and then bought a SBH character only to find that it removed the airstrike from my inventory. Surely that's not right, either?
  5. It would be nice if new chat messages also displayed the last couple of lines of chat history (Basically displays the whole chat "window" and then fades away). I've seen a few games do this and it makes it much easier to follow a conversation. 64 player servers shouldn't cause that much chat and the obvious answer is to just scroll the chat up faster if too many people are talking.
  6. Can also confirm, the game seems to suffer from lag when servers fill up. I've yet to find a 64 player server that isn't suffering from severe lag. I don't know if this is the server's fault or if there's a way it can be improved. I've played various other UE games with 64+ players and not had the same kind of lag. Vehicles especially are pretty broken when it gets bad, they can barely move (it's very stop-start-stop-start), but it doesn't seem so bad with infantry.
  7. That is a 6 year old graphics card (2008) and you have turned the most performance draining parts onto ultra or high - you're going to have issues. Particularly as you only have 1GB of VRAM, you want to turn textures down a bit from ultra.
  8. Yup, seen this a few times. They seem to be able to place beacons pretty early on.
