Alright well I'm getting good at unwrapping, so maybe I'll give this a go.

Cool, I learned how to unwrap from the other tutorial you posted. A quick question, is it necessary to have the whole model on a single unwrap to apply? Man is he a fast worker. Doesn't this mean that parts of your textures are just mirrors of eachother? Seeing as he stacks them.

Technically you can make water in 3ds, though it is quite demanding on the computer and would never be possible in a game.
