Problem is that I'm not getting any options to get into the folder, therefore I cannot delete the file

I posted my problem 3 months ago, and i haven't gotten an answer from anybody, so I'll try again. I installed the renegade X launcher, but every time I try to open it, i get the loading wheel for about half a second, then absolutely nothing happens. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it over 30 times now. Is there any way to fix this problem? Somebody please respond

I downloaded the launcher from the site, but every time I try to open it, I just get the loading wheel for about half a second, then nothing. I've already tried to uninstall then reinstall 5 times. What do I do?
