Yeah, and I completely agree with that. I don't believe it ever was suppose to be realistic though, and perhaps realism is a direction Renegade X is taking which is totally fine and I get it. Again I suppose it's just a more personal issue. For me I would just rather have a game that more closely resembles the original... but then again I don't necessarily mind some of the other features, lol. (#Contradicting) Very personal preference I suppose. : )

I'm not very great at forums but I'd like to talk about some of the things that I as an individual player like and dislike about the game. Things I like: +Turrets you can sit inside and shoot people with. It would be cool if you could actually see your character sit inside them and if possible set it up so other players can shoot your head off while you use the turret x) +Models, sounds, maps. All the characters are designed nicely as well as all the weapons and very much enjoy how closely they resemble the original Renegade. The marksman rifle was also nice and welcome addition, and the maps have such a high amount of detail they just look absolutely beautiful. Things I dislike: -I strongly dislike the animations. It's nothing against the animator but I strongly feel as if the classic Renegade animations were absolutely phenomenal and for me they really strengthened what Renegade really was. When you walked in the classic game your character would lean against the sights to better portray taking aim and when you crouched and moved around your character really portrayed moving as flawlessly as possible so they able to keep the weapon steady while firing. If this team ever decides to rework the animations please animate them to resemble classic Rene as closely as possible. -This may seem very obvious and very personal but the sprinting kills it for me. It overall just sort of feels very weird because of how fast your character moves especially when changing directions and hopping around like a silly mad man. That's honestly it. If I didn't voice an opinion for something in the game and left it out it's because I have no strong opinions about it. I will say that I love the additional content and that I'd love to see more characters, weapons, and vehicles as well as maps and fully believe that after everything the team has been doing a great job. I understand this is your remake of how you would have liked to see Renegade and you are free to do whatever you want with it, but I'm happy to have voiced my opinion about the progress of the game. And so far the game is good. Thanks for your time.
