Does anyone know how to enable cheats in multiplayer? Note i am talking about a private server and i have admin privileges. Also i want to know how to stop the game from re balancing teams and how to change teams without having to swap with another player (ex: 4vs10)

Ok so im not sure if i should ask for this here or if i should make a new post but... How can i disable team balance? By that i mean everyone to be able to change teams without the need for a swap and have teams like 4vs7 or 10vs1 or whatever.

Thank you! It works... And i can't believe i missed the config files with the map names in UDKGame\Config\CNC-MapName.ini since i was tweeking the config files for the server...

So i'm trying to open a (private) server. But after starting the server i get this. I press okay then i get this. Then if i try to connect to the game this happens. Also can someone tell me what are the map names or where can i find them? So i can change maps with the AdminChangeMap command.

So i binded L to spawn a A-10 everytime i press it... But i forgot that i need it to bind and lock vehicles. How do i revert this? Or better yet can i change it via config files? If yes where are the config files located?
